A Texas judge who was videotaped beating his little girl with a belt after she downloaded new music from the Internet will certainly be reinstated to the bench this week. William Adams, a judge in Aransas County, Tex. , was suspended from his position after the video went viral on the Internet last year. Adams' little girl, Hillary Adams, posted the video of the beating, in which Adams is seen whipping the then-16-year-old for nearly eight mins. The video, which was shot in 2004 however not posted until 2011, did not cause any type of criminal charges against Adams.
